INE Plasma Cutting Machine

INE SpA manufactures an advanced range of handheld/ automated Plasma Cutting Machineries that can cut through thick and thin metals alike up to a size of 55mm. Plasma cutting is the most cost-effective choice and generally requires lower maintenance.

INE machines feature a mechanism that utilizes compressed air to generate plasma. The INE SKYLINE 33-60-90 model of plasma system is characterized by quick cutting of metals, ensuring high-power and performance.  Other models include SKYLINE 120, SKYLINE 90, SKYLINE 60 and SKYLINE 33.

Plasma Cutting

Plasma cutting is the process of directing a jet of ionized gas or plasma at the workpiece metal which results in fast and accurate cuts. The compressed air discharged by the plasma torch hits the targeted spot and inturn melts and expels the metal piece.

The above process can be done either manually by using a handheld torch or with the CNC machines that can deliver accurate and consistent cuts.

Features of INE Plasma Cutting Machines

-Digital control board

The digitized control board helps to set and monitor the cutting parameters, guaranteeing repeatable results.

-Inverter technology

The inverter circuit controls the flow of power making the machine more light, compact and energy efficient.

-Safety accessories

The safety devices effectively provide protection against overheating and overloading.

-Ease in maneuverability and use

The machines feature trolleys that render smooth movements.

-Pilot arc

Pilot arc is a small pre arc that is initiated with the LIFT start. This generates an accurate arc starting with no electromagnetic interference. Additionally, the automatic restart machine makes sure that the arc cycle is maintained during the cutting of mesh or perforated sheets.

-Warranty: 3 years

-Protection Class: IP 23S
