Geka offers a diverse range of exceptionally high performance punching and shearing lines, which includes various solutions for processing of angle parts, f;at bars, and plates, and they have a critical role to play in various industries like telecommunications and construction. 

Additionally, to these specialized lines, Geka CNC offers three distinct series of CNC punching machines. 

Along with these special lines, Geka CNC offers three series of CNC punching machines: Alfa, Paxy, and Gamma. The Gamma Series, which is subdivided into Gamma Traction and Gamma Roller, gives versatile solutions to different production needs.

Gamma Traction: Single-machine solution that features a traction system and feeder trolley for medium-volume production.

Gamma Roller: Three CNC punching machines in a line, optimized for high-volume angle processing, allow for efficient material handling and increased productivity.

Alfa Series : Flat Bars Processing CNC Punching Solutions

The Geka CNC Alfa Series consists of high-performance machine models for processing flat bars and angles. In this series, there are several models available:

Alfa 150: Produces flat bars up to 150 x 10 mm with 640 kN maximum punching force.

Alfa 500:Produces flat bars up to 500x20 mm with a 1100 kN maximum punching force.

Alfa 500/150: Processes flat bars and angles up to 500x20 mm with a top punching force of 1100 kN by using one vertical wing punch.

Alfa 500/165T: Processes flat bars up to 500x25 mm, which has punching force of 1650 kN.

Alfa 500/220T: The company processes flat bars up to 500 x 35 mm having a punching force of 2200 kN.

They execute punching, drilling, shearing, and marking operations to accommodate the wide ranges of production demands.

Paxy Series Plates Processing CNC Punching Solutions

The Paxy Series from Geka CNC aims at high-volume punching, marking, and drilling of steel plates to 40mm in thickness. These machines in this series can process materials with a maximum thickness of up to 40mm and punch holes up to 40mm in diameter using three punches at the same time.

Key Features of the Paxy Series:

Material Handling: The automatic feeder is provided for all machines with material clamping guides and separate servo drives to load and unload conveniently.

Punching Force: The force delivered by the punching system is between 800 and 2200 kilonewtons, adjustable in nature.

Mechanism of Gripping: It is ensured through a hydraulic gripping mechanism that the materials are properly handled.

Control System: Every machine has a Windows 10 PC interface with internet-based remote support, a touchscreen, and a built-in USB port.

Paxy 1500: Length of material: up to 1500 mm; Width: up to 750 mm
