OMEAR’s machines have a wide range of application as household appliances, expansion vessels, oil & gas, automotive, ventilation, heating, traffic signs, aerospace, tanks and pressure vessels, submersible pumps and magnetic sheet blanking.
The OMERA group is a collaboration of four companies, three of these companies are based in Italy itself and one is based in Germany. Omera designs and manufactures hydraulic presses and edge shaping machines. Presse Ross company manufactures mechanical presses and both the companies Timac and Omera Mawe manufacture special machine tools for sheet metal.
The trimming and beading machines are manufactured in series or customized to meet the requirements of the customers. They are designed to perform the following operations on round and polygonal drawn parts or roll-bended cylinders.
All OMERA trimming and beading machine models are fitted with specific motorization as per the type of machining to be performed. It also features working units driven by pneumatic-hydraulic/ brushless electric systems.
Hydraulic presses are utilized in diverse industrial sectors which involves sheet metal working. Their application includes the following, in the production of bottom ends for water heaters and tanks, drinks containers, household articles, domestic appliances, gas cylinders, automotive parts and pressurized containers.
OMERA’s composite and monolithic mechanical presses are solid, reliable and precise. It has a high frame stiffness, tested and proved via the Finite Element Method (FEM) and by the slide guidance system. Their product range offers single or double connecting rod mechanical presses featuring a fixed or variable stroke and automatic stroke adjustment.
