Metal Deburring machines consist of a station with dual cross belts that helps in deburring the metal and rounding the edges, making a clean smooth and edges free of burrs on the entire parts.
The Deburring technology includes a contact roller which combines with dual cross belts that are mounted using abrasive blocks which run in opposite directions, enabling edge rounding on the entire area of the parts.
Thick Steel Plates Deburring
During the process of thick metal sheet cutting, heavy slag is accumulated on the edges of cut parts of plasma and oxy fuel. Hence it’s required to remove the slag on the inner and outer contours and DM machines offer versatile and strong deburring drum for premium thick plasma as well as flame-cut part deslagging. We offer various options for deslagging which includes single side process and double-sided process. The machine features multiple stations to enable deburring and the addition of automatic transport systems.
