Flexible Ducting Hoses ; ranges
1.a) J 1-1 PVC FLEX HOSE:
The J 1-1 PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride) flex hose is designed in a size range from 38 to 254mm. In its manufacturing high-grade soft PVC is used for the wall and spring steel wire is used for the spiral. This product has the capacity to withstand temperature that ranges from -10°C to +70°C. It also has the ability to endure short-term exposure up to +80 °CIt has high endurance against acids, alkalis and a variety of chemicals. Owing to its versatility it is used in processes involving powdery solids such as dust, fiber and powder and gaseous elements such as smoke and vapour.
1.b) J 1-2 PU L FLEX HOSE:
The J1-2 PU(Polyurethane) L flex hose is available in size that range from 51 to 305mm. In its manufacturing ester-polyurethane is used for making the walls and spring steel wire for the spirals. This machine can withstand temperatures that range from -40°C to +90°C. It also can endure short-term exposure up to +125°C. It is widely used in extraction arms, dust collection equipment and CNC machining. It has a small bending radius, it is both liquid and gas tight and offers high resistance against chemicals and ozone.
1.c) J 1-3 PU M FLEX HOSE
The J1-3 PUM Flex hose model is available in size that range from 25 to 305mm. It is built with spring steel wires embedded into the wall which has an approximate thickness of 0.6mm. It can tolerate temperatures that range from -40°C to +90°C. Apart from that it can also endure short term exposure up to +125°C. This variant can effectively handle abrasive solids such as fiber, chips, dust, powder. In addition to that it is also used for industrial air movement and fume control application. 1.d) J 1-10 PE FLEX HOSE:
Available in size that range from 51 to 160mm, TThe J 1-10 PE (Polyethylene) flex hose is composed of a wall made of unique polyethylene (PE) and a spiral made of spring steel wire. It is capable of enduring temperatures that range from -35°C to +80°C. Its characteristics include high flexibility, immaculate resistance to mineral oils, alkali, acids and other chemicals, anti-stick features and compressibility. Owing to these characteristics it is widely employed in pharmacy, food and chemical industries. It is also used for vacuum cleaners and to handle aggressive solids such as powders, fibers and dust.
1.e) J 1-4 PVC FABRIC AIR HOSE
Designed in sizes that range from 38 to 406mm, the J1-4 PVC( Poly Vinyl Chloride) fabric air hose is manufactured using a PVC coated fabric wall with a spring steel wire spirally wrapped into it. Capable of withstanding temperature that ranges from -10°C to +80°C, it also has an additional short term resistance up to +100°C. Its characteristics include the capacity for electrostatic discharge when the spiral is grounded as well as an excellent resistance to UV, ozone and chemicals. 1.g) J 1-5 PP AIR HOSE
Available in a size range of 25 to 254mm, the J1-5PP(PolyPropylene) air hose has various applications. It is composed of a wall made out of polypropylene (PP) with a spring steel wire spirally wrapped into it, which ensures durability and flexibility. Ability to withstand temperatures that range from -20°C to +80°C, it has an excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, chemicals, UV radiation and ozone, which adds to its resilience in challenging environments. 1.l) J 3-6 PVC FLEX SUPERELASTIC HOSE
Featuring a wall made of soft PVC with fiber reinforcement, with a spiral of plastic-coated spring steel wire wound to it, the J3-6 PVC flex super elastic hose is available in sizes ranging from 32 to 102mm. It can function within a temperature range from 0°C to +85°C. It is designed to handle electrostatic discharge with the help of a grounding spiral, which complies to the BGR 132 standard( formerly ZH/200). 2.b) J8-2 PU M MHF FLEX HOSE

It is capable of withstanding temperatures that range from -40°C to +90°C, along with a short term resistance up to +125°C. 2.c) J 2-7 PU L SUCTION HOSE
Available in sizes ranging from 32 to 254mm, the J2-7 PU L suction hose is made with a special premium ether-polyurethane wall embedded with a spring steel wire spiral for enhanced durability. It can withstand temperatures that range from -40°C to +90°C, along with a short-term resistance up to +125°C. This hose has high tear resistance and tensile strength and is immune to microbes and hydrolysis. It offers an electrical and surface resistance of < 1010 ohm. It can handle abrasive solids such as powder, dust, chips, fiber and granules. 2.d) J 4-4 SILICONE FOOD HOSE

4.a) J 9-7 EVA EL HOSE
Having size parameters ranging from ø 25 mm to ø 50 mm, the J9-7 EVA EL hose is made with an EVA EL(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) wall. Capable of withstanding temperatures that range from approximately -45°C to +65°C, this hose is crush-resistant. A static conductive model is available, upon request, which features an electrical and surface resistance ≤10⁶ Ω. It is an ideal choice for cleaning swimming pools and for use in industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners.
4.b) J 9-6 EPDM EL HOSE
Made with a wall of EPDM+PP(Ethylene, propylene and a diene monomer) and a PP spiral, the J9-6 EPDM EL is available in size parameters ranging from ø 25 mm to ø 102 mm. It can withstand temperatures that range from approximately -30°C to +80°C. Built from conductive rubber material, which can be anti-static and comes with an excellent resistance to sparking, with an electrical and surface resistance ≤10⁶ Ω. Suitable for a variety of applications, this hose can be used in liquid and gas environments, vacuum cleaners, compressors and conveying systems. It is constructed with a wall made of silicon-coated sealed fiberglass fabric embedded with a spring steel wire spiral and a wall of thickness 5mm. Its characteristics include double layer design, smooth interior, outstanding flow characteristics and effective vacuum and overpressure tightness. 5.d) J 5-2 TPV MEMORY HOSE
Available in sizes that range from ø 51 mm to ø 203 mm, the J5-2 TPV memory hose is capable of handling exhaust gases up to +180°C and is best suited for exhaust funnels and fresh air supply. It features a flexible tube with a fabric reinforced wall of 0.55mm thick, with a TVP coated fabric and a hollow plastic helix/ spiral that supports the plastic profile. It has a small bending radius, is crush-proof, vibration resistant and flexible. It is also liquid and gas tight, chemical-resistant and flame-retardant(UL94-HB). 5.e) J 6-6 PTFE FABRIC CLIP HOSE
Available in sizes that range from ø 76 mm to ø 305 mm, the J6-6 PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) fabric clip hose features a PTFE- coated glass fabric wall of 0.4mm thickness, that is clamped into a stainless-steel band. It can operate in temperatures that range from approximately -40°C to +250°C. It is lightweight, anti-adhesive, kink-proof , has a small bending radius and offers a tight grip. It is odourless, tasteless and has a resistance to high temperatures, acids, alkalis,chemicals,ozone and UV. It is flame-retardant , complying with the FM 4910 standards, and is best suited for handling gaseous media and solids. It is also used in food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
5.f) J 6-1 ALUMINUM FOIL AIR HOSE
Available in sizes that range from ø 38 mm to ø 305 mm, the J6-1 Aluminium foil air hose features a two-ply aluminium foil wall with 0.1mm thickness clamped into a metal band, with an 8mm wide galvanized steel spiral. It is designed to operate in temperatures that range from -20°C to +130°C. It has a bending radius that is 1.25 times the diameter and is axially compressible.
