With revolutionized methods over traditional welding equipment, pipe welding rollers and rotators are excellent equipment for clamping and tilting rounded pipes in automatic/manual welding in pipe construction. Our system is specifically designed to securely hold and rotate round pipes, making welding processes more efficient. Compared to traditional methods, these machines offer significant advantages in speed, accuracy, and operator ease.
Use them for pipes with elbows, tee pieces, or offset loads, as numerous varieties of pipes can be easily clamped. Thanks to its separate driving unit, the rotary speed is never affected by the size of the pipe. You can quickly clamp without chuck or clamping shoes.
Our system offers exceptional pipe-handling capabilities. By clamping pipes at their center of gravity, we eliminate the need for complex support structures, ensuring effortless and stable manipulation. Additionally, our technology allows for the precise centering of two pipes with identical diameters. The system's versatility shines through in its ability to accommodate various configurations, such as clamping and driving a main spindle.
Our state-of-the-art pipe rotators will rotate your work pieces 360 degrees with forward and backward titles from horizontal. You can perform both rotation and tilting simultaneously and independently, catering to your needs. The tilting section comprises a driver and roller box, a supporting column, a pressure roller, and a clamping arm. All standard models come with adjustable clamping roller heights for convenience and versatility.
DESCRIPTION
An Electric control, along with the tilting drive, is located in the frame itself. With an approximate tilting angle of 135”, tilting can be done manually(U 150 and U 500) or motorized (U 500 and U1000). The tilting section consists of a drive and roller, a support column, a clamping arm, and a pressure roller. Surprisingly, this machine also comes in a non-tilting variant (Designation: U 150H, U500H, U1000H). The U-series incorporates drives and electric controls within its frame or in a dedicated control panel. Easily adjust the rotary speed and direction via the front-panel controls, conveniently start and stop the machine with a remote foot switch, and additional electrical control options are available to suit your specific needs.
Some other features include:
A distinct foot-operated control unit (see illustration U500 on this page). You can easily control the rotatory speed with the foot controller as the foot switch switches on and off and directional changes of rotation take place. The welder's helmet carries out turning on and off, along with changing the direction of rotation, which is carried out from the welder's helmet/shield. A remote hand pendant allows turning in the direction and speed.
