Pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tapping machines from Maho are excellent instruments that have been industry standards for over twenty years. They are known for their ease of use and quick reach. With the manipulator-designed arms, you can save a lot of time and effort. We offer three models that are available based on the hola dia possible, the max reach, speed, and so on.

The pneumatic version has distinct and unique models to tap hole diameters from M2 to M30. Hydraulic versions have models from M3 to M60, while electric models can tap hole diameters from M3 to M32.

Each model has distinct reaches, as we have several models that operate in Rmin of 200mm to Rmax of 1900mm.

PNEUMATIC TAPPING MACHINE:

Known for their convenience and innovation, our air-driven tapping machines compress air to drive the spindle quickly and efficiently. As smaller air pressure outputs a larger torque power, our tapping machines are preferably smaller and mobile.

HYDRAULIC TAPPING MACHINE: 

Thanks to its efficient design, it requires the least amount of hydraulic pressure speed adjustments and operational management. The spindle operates with the same advance and retract mechanism as the electric model. You can easily use it for larger areas of tapping. Simply speaking, it's an all-rounder machine. 

ELECTRIC TAPPING MACHINE:

With a distinct spindle design from other tapping machines, they are as simple to operate as anything. It has glorious tapping efficiency by design; the advance and retreat modes are incorporated into a single button. The green vital advances, and the red retreats. It has a lower volume than pneumatic machines.

QUICK CHANGE TAPPING CHUCK

Our chuck is versatile and adaptable, compatible with both lathes and milling machines. Choose between a safety clutch or clutchless operation to suit your tapping needs. The telescopic and floating design ensures precise tap alignment, while the optional extended chuck offers added flexibility. Customize your setup to match your specific job requirements and machine type.

QUICK CHANGE TAPPING COLLET

Usually used for drilling, mailing, and machining centers, they are ideal for round and four corners, striking tools, and so on. Further, they can be divided into torsion collects, rigid non torque collets, and fixed. Choose from a wide range of sizes and specs. Functions as a locking device that acts as a clamping tool.
