Each model of drum handlers have their own functionalities. You can mix the ingredients into suspension and can reduce contamination and eliminate any cleaning required and any risk possessed for workers due to exposure. It’s also possible to mix the contents of 30-55 gallon closed drums of plastic, fiber, or steel.
Tilting drum mixers will allow loading of drums easily from the floor level. In the case of other models, you need to have a hoist or crane along with a drum lifter in order to load inside the drum mixer.
Two categories of drum mixers are available: Drum Rollers and Drum Tumblers
The purpose of drum rollers is to turn the drum sideways in order to mix the contents. These drum rollers come in stationary and portable versions. Drum Tumblers enable vigorous mixing of contents by turning the drum end-over-end.
Our Forklift Drum Handlers are capable of lifting and moving drums with a forklift. There are 3 types of forklift attachments available.
1. Models to lift and pour a drum with a forklift.
2. Forklift attachments that move upright drums.
3. Forklifts mounted on drum rackets.
Morse drum handlers having spark resistant parts that can be used in appropriate hazardous locations are created out of materials that are spark resistant, but steel components are used for most of the structures. Spark resistant parts can reduce the probability of mechanical sparks as a reason for ignition.
