The hydrostatic guiding system uses pump-per-pocket hydrostatic technology and functions both longitudinally and transversely. It is the best guidance system for large precision machinery because of its sophisticated design, which guarantees unparalleled performance in terms of rigidity, damping, positioning accuracy, and longevity.

GHH SERIES

Using pump-per-pocket hydrostatic technology, this machine has a hydrostatic guiding system for both longitudinal and transverse capabilities, ensuring outstanding damping and precision for nearly all heavy-duty applications. With a maximum diameter of 3,000 mm and a weight capacity of up to 90 tons between centers, this machine is designed to handle large, complex pieces. It also offers a range of attachments, including automatic head and tool changers, specialist heads (such as internal, angular, and grinding), a two-blade column with central milling, and several steady rests to enhance flexibility and efficiency for a range of machining applications.

GHD SERIES

Its maximum diameter is 4,000 mm, and its maximum weight capacity between centers is 200 tons, making it the perfect machine for huge loads. The hagh damping absorbs load variations to improve precision because of its remarkable stiffness. This machine can handle large, complicated items because of its maximum diameter of 3,000 mm and its maximum weight capacity of 90 tons between centers. GS SERIES

With the launch of the GSM Series, GURUTZPE broadened its range of integrated machining solutions for rotating parts. This series uses state-of-the-art technologies to meet the most demanding market demands. With their full 5-axis turning, milling, and boring capabilities, the versatile GSM10, GSM13, and GSM16 TurnMills allow for the best possible machining of objects up to 20 tons in weight, 10 meters in length, and 1.6 meters in diameter. Workpieces can be machined entirely in a single setup thanks to these highly automated machines. Because the swing over the bed and carriage, which are both limited by the rear wall, is noticeably constant with that over the bed, dependable performance is guaranteed throughout the machining operation.
