A laser marking machine is a modern industrial system that delivers high-end, high-precision results twice as fast as other traditional marking systems. It uses highly focused laser beams to make precise permanent marks, engravings, codes, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, and identification data on metals, plastics, ceramics, glass, and composites. The laser engraving machine’s non-contact process delivers extremely precise, clean, and durable markings without physically damaging the material surface, and different laser technologies are used depending on the material and application.

FIBRE AND Nd: YAG SAFETY “CLASS 1” LASER
Our lasers under Class 1 safety are capable of providing the best and most diverse solutions to a variety of needs. You will find our benchtop markers optimal for ordinary manual applications, laser workstations, laser workstations with rotary tables, and encased lasers, that offer excellent versatility and ease of use.
Our Laser Class 1 design is impressive with its ease of handling and intuitive management of its functions, requiring minimal effort to be up and running from the moment of delivery.
Ideal for marking and engraving different types of precious metals and general plastics, our lasers are available with Fibre and Nd: YAG options. Evaluate and decide the best solution with us.
Laser Class 4
LASER FOR INTEGRATION, IN “CLASS 4” SAFETY, WITH SOURCES IN ND: YAG, FIBRE, AND CO2
Our lasers are the result of years of research focused on reliability, speed, and easy integration. To ensure longevity, we have reinforced the cooling chiller and laser support structure. Thanks to their impeccable functionality, these lasers are not limited to online marking but can also be used for specific applications where a safety cover is required. This allows us to utilize their full potential for automatic marking on large workpieces and integrate them with our range of accessories (700mm x 500mm XY table).
VERSIONS WITH SOURCES in Fibre and Nd: YAG are best for marking a wide range of metals, including plastics and precious metals.
CO2 SOURCE VERSIONS
Lasers with a CO2 source have a wide variety of applications and are quite different from fibre or Nd: YAG lasers. They are used to mark cut materials like plastic, corozo, leather, natural products, glass, marble, granite, ceramics, mother of pearl, regular fabrics, and bone. To always get the best quality and performance, we recommend sourcing the power between 30W and 300W.
Laser engraving machines can deliver highly precise markings on stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, plastics, leather, wood, glass, ceramics, marble, and coated materials depending on the laser type used.
Traditional tools require physical contact, while laser marking machines use focused laser beams to deliver precise marks on materials without any physical contact whatsoever.
