TAPPING CENTER

One important manufacturing technique is tapping, which forms or cuts threads into materials. It is necessary to make threaded holes in metal components and to produce screws, bolts, and other fasteners. Depending on the demands of production, this operation can be carried either manually or using automated equipment.

CNC Tapping:

Computer numerical control (CNC) machines are used in the popular and effective method of CNC tapping to pre-program and regulate the tapping operation. This makes it possible to thread internal components precisely and consistently in accordance with requirements. To make room for screws or bolts, a hole must be drilled, tapped, and then chamfered at the end. High accuracy and efficiency are guaranteed with CNC tapping, particularly for intricate or large-volume production.

Tapping Tools:

A tap is the name of the instrument used in tapping. It rotates to cut threads as it passes through a hole that has already been drilled. Various taps, such as power and hand taps, are available depending on the type of hole. Taper taps, bottoming taps, and plug taps are examples of popular hand taps that are made to meet particular threading requirements.

Strong Type: Built for heavy-duty uses, this type robustly manages difficult drilling and threading positions, guaranteeing trustworthy performance in challenging conditions.

Precision machining is perfect for applications that need precise threading and drilling to create complex patterns and parts because it provides great accuracy for detailed work.

Auto Pallet Changer: Increases output by automatically switching out workpieces, cutting down on downtime, and simplifying processes, all of which greatly improve overall efficiency.

One kind of CNC machine is called a horizontal machining center (HMC), in which the spindle is positioned parallel to the work table and horizontally. This design is perfect for fast and large-scale production settings and enables effective chip removal. They are especially useful for making grooves, slots, and gears since they can cut workpieces from a variety of angles. By decreasing vibration and increasing chip clearance, the horizontal spindle orientation makes it possible to achieve better surface finishes and reduces the requirement for intensive post-machining finishing. HMCs are useful in industries because they are especially well-suited to handling heavy and massive workpieces. HMCs greatly increase production and operational efficiency by lowering personnel expenditures and manual handling through features like automatic pallet changers. All things considered, HMCs are renowned for their accuracy, adaptability, and capacity to efficiently oversee large production runs.

Each of our two models, BT-40 and BT-50, is appropriate for a particular machining requirement. Large, heavy objects may be precisely and efficiently machined using our horizontal machining centers. Chip removal is made easier by the horizontal spindle design, which also provides good workpiece support. These machines offer dependable performance and great accuracy, making them perfect for difficult tasks and high-volume manufacturing.

5-AXIS HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

A 5-axis horizontal machining center (HMC) is an advanced CNC machine tool that combines five axes of movement with the capabilities of a horizontal machining center. A 5-axis HMC has an extra rotational axis, in contrast to ordinary HMCs, which normally have three linear axes (X, Y, and Z) and one rotational axis (A or B). This makes it possible to do more intricate and adaptable machining procedures.

In a 5-axis HMC:

The workpiece is moved in three linear directions using the X, Y, and Z axes.

Access to the part from different angles is made possible by the A and B axes, which rotate the workpiece or the tool.

There is less need for setup and repositioning in between operations thanks to this multi-axis arrangement, which enables simultaneous machining from numerous angles.

Series HTT-500: This series provides exceptional rigidity and stability and is designed for low-volume, high-mix manufacturing. It has an auto pallet changer, an orthogonal coordinate system for simple programming, and a central chip removal system to ensure accuracy. Accuracy is maintained despite temperature variations thanks to built-in thermal correction.

BORING & MILLING MACHINE

A precise technique for honing and expanding already drilled or cast holes is called boring machining. Boring machining concentrates on increasing the size and precision of preexisting holes, as opposed to drilling, which makes new ones. This boring method is more accurate than drilling, especially when widening holes, and is perfect for applications that call for a smooth finish and great precision.

A variety of boring instruments are available, each intended for a particular boring activity. While boring mills handle larger sections that require considerable boring work, lathes are excellent for accurate boring on smaller parts. For intricate and extremely precise boring tasks, jig borers are ideal. Regardless of the tool, boring machining often accomplishes three main tasks: it makes concentric holes to guarantee accurate alignment and diameter, it enlarges holes to attain the right size and finish, and it straightens or corrects existing holes to address casting flaws. You can accomplish outstanding quality and precision in your boring initiatives by employing boring machining. The workpiece stays motionless during the boring process as the boring tool is carefully positioned into the workpiece's pre-existing hole. The undesirable material is scraped from the hole's inner wall by the rotating boring tool.

A symmetric double wall column, dual Y-axis guide rails with 4-face contact, and a low-friction air-floated movable face for improved accuracy are features of the TBT-130H and TBT-160 series. For large, intricate pieces, these boring and milling machines are perfect since they combine boring, drilling, and milling into one machine. By managing several jobs at once, they increase accuracy and efficiency and streamline production.

HORIZONTAL CNC LATHE

One kind of machine tool made for accurate and effective turning tasks is a horizontal CNC lathe. This lathe enables precise shaping and machining of a variety of materials by mounting the workpiece horizontally and rotating it against a stationary cutting tool. The spindle's horizontal orientation provides accessibility and stability, which makes it perfect for a wide range of industrial applications. For large or heavy products, horizontal CNC lathes are the perfect machining instruments because of their horizontal spindle. For various machining operations, including turning, drilling, and threading, they provide excellent precision and automation. To accommodate a range of production requirements, we offer a number of series that are suited to chuck outer diameters (O.D.) ranging from 5" to 18".

VERTICAL CNC LATHE

A vertical CNC lathe is a kind of CNC lathe in which the cutting tool, or spindle, is placed vertically as opposed to horizontally. The workpiece is positioned on a horizontal table beneath the spindle, which rotates it while the cutting tool stays still or travels vertically, according to this design.

The TVL-25-S2 & TVL-40[M][R] [RM]

Even after extended periods of heavy-duty turning, the series vertical CNC lathe has outstanding heat-dissipation characteristics. Its integrated cast construction maintains exceptional precision while improving vibration absorption. This lathe's user-friendly design makes it simple for users to load or unload workpieces, modify tools, and remove chips.t
