Wrapsolut's line of Circle Line Wrapping Machines is based on the core unit of the wrapping unit. It comes in various sizes depending on the products and their uses. Units available are:

Adjustable Inner Ring Sizes: The diameters of the inner rings could range from as low as 290 mm up to 3,590 mm and larger on request. This means an extremely wide range of product sizes could be wrapped.
Multi-Extremity Opening Material Width: Machines can wind material widths from 30 mm to 500 mm. This supports a wide range of packaging applications.

Wrapsolut has two main systems:

1. Closed Ring System:

Single or Double Ring: One ring and sometimes double ring closed ring system offers more stability and control over the material, which is in turn beneficially impacting the overall wrapping.


2. Open Ring System:

C-Frame Design: An open C frame house saves a lot of time while undertaking any maintenance activities at the ring guide and the drive rollers .

To address the limitations of conventional wrapping systems, Wrapsolut developed the innovative FlexLine system, known as LineStretch-One. This groundbreaking solution reimagines the wrapping process by introducing unparalleled flexibility.


Wrapsolut introduces the FlexLine system as working through two dynamic handling systems. Each has a gripper system, which controls a roll of wrapping material. These then move independently within both horizontal and vertical planes, allowing for more flexibility of movement.


The rolling action thus smoothly transfers the roll of material between the two handling systems. This dynamic interaction allows the roll to be presented with the ideal path around or even through the product, making this flexibility critical to the efficient and precise wrapping of more complexly shaped products.
