Circle Line Wrapping Machines

The central speciality of our custom wrapping machines is the wrapping unit. We make the wrapping units in various sizes, versatile to the application and the shapes of the products:

• Wrapping ring inner diameter is from 290 mm to 3,590 mm (or larger)
• Produced for wrapping material widths from 30 mm to 500 mm

The custom wrapping machines come in 2 types of systems, viz Closed Ring system and Open ring system. 

The closed ring system varies between the single ring and the double ring system in the shape of the wrapping rings.Whereas in the Openring system, the C-frame is created as a rigid housing in which the bearings for the ring guide and drive rollers are used.

The structured design of the custom wrapping machine allows direct allowance to the components subject to wear. The entire machine creation is very service-friendly. The service intervals are decreased to a small amount due to the selected materials and components.

Flex Line Wrapping Machines

For a mechanical packaging operation, a wrapping material is guided around a product and the wrapping material is uninjured onto the product. Ring or shuttle programs are used to guide the roll of material around the product, moving on a predetermined path.These programs can only be used to a timed extent due to the specified tracks. Some tasks can only be achieved with great work or not at all.

Based on this state of the art, Wrapsolut have made it our task to produce a program which is capable of guiding a roll of wrapping material on an adaptable path (FlexLine) around products.

As a result Wrapsolut developed our FlexLine program "LineStretch-One"

As a principle, the program holds two handling systems, holding a horizontally and vertically moving axis, facing each other. A gripping program is stuck at each end of one of the axes, which can hold the roll of wrapping material. During the wrapping process, the roll of wrapping material is moved from one handling system to the other. The handling systems can transfer freely in space on their axes.

Thus it is not hard to guide the roll of wrapping material always on the optimal way around a product or also through a product.
