Kistler offers two primary cutting machine lines they are -

SCM Range: PCL - PCL-controlled machines that come with standard capabilities from 300 to 630 mm, as well as customizable options up to 1000mm.
RSM Range: These advanced CNC-controlled machines come with standard capabilities of 400 to 1200mm.

Our SCM series excels in workshops and on-site cutting and profiling. Equipped with dual PLC-controlled axes, these tools cut pipes precisely using plasma or oxy fuel torches. A driven check securely holds the pipe while the torch moves along the axis. For advanced applications, a third axis enables beveling cuts, including straight, miter, and branch cuts. User-friendly and menu-driven programming operation is in place, so it's very operator-friendly.

RSM series pipe-cutting machines are the pinnacle of technology in this field. Combining unmatched precision with ergonomic design, these CNC Machines excel in creating complex cuts, including branches and penetration, essential for pipe cutting. Utilizing oxyfuel and plasma cutting processes, the RSM series boasts five CNC-controlled axes for unparalleled accuracy and versatility.
