Slag Hog
Slag Removal Tool for use on laser cutting machine
Inorder to remove the slag that gets accumulated while cutting, this tool is made to move alongside the slats on the bed of the laser machine. The rotary cutter moves on each side of the slat to lift and remove the slag. The slag removal tool can be used on copper, steel or a hybrid of steel/copper slat. It is to be noted that if the tool is not in use, it is recommended to roll it along the floor and store it in an upright position.
Rhino hammer
Rhino hammer makes the process of removing the tabbed parts way easier after they are cut out. It utilizes shop air to create impact vibrations that will help loosen the tab and will thereby leave the completed parts intact and in good condition. A unique polyurethane tip regulates the air pressure necessary for the removal of parts. It is available in either standard 1.5” diameter tip or the small 0.75”diameter tip.
