Our cobots have built-in integrated vision that aids in object recognition, colour categorization, QR/ Barcode reading, image or shape based detection and alignment.
The tasks are programmed with the drag and drop interface, doing away with the need for coding. This allows anyone to set up the basic activities of cobots without needing prior experience.
With the motion sensors, cobots can easily detect any movement, both human and equipment. If at all a collision happens, the cobots immediately stop, thereby preventing the situation from escalating further. They comply with the collaborative robot safety safety standards (ISO 10218-1, ISO/TS 15066).
The mobile cobot features a collaborative robot arm that is mounted on a mobile platform, either an AGV or AMR. With an integrated AI and vision system, it can navigate the working environment and perform the tasks with ease. These DC powered cobots are suitable for semiconductor and industrial environments as they are compatible with most AGV and AMR brands and also complies with the SEMI-S2 safety requirements.
With advanced object detection, the cobots can identify the nearby objects and detect their location using the TM Landmark function. The graphical user interface makes it easier to program the tasks, and LiDAR or other sensors, helping to slow down or restrict the movements in certain workspaces.
Built for heavy duty operations, the TM20 comes with a reach of 1300 mm and a payload capacity of 20kg. It has the largest payload in the whole TM series. It is well suited for large pick-and-place jobs, machine tending, high volume packaging and palletizing.
The TM16 comes with a reach of 917 mm and a capacity of 16kg. It is designed to handle heavier payload tasks. This cobot is suitable for material handling, machine tending and logistics in automotive, machining and other industrial applications due to its excellent vision system and accurate moments.
Ideal for packing, palletizing and handling heavier loads, the TM14 features a reach of 1100 mm and a payload capacity of 14kg. With its intelligent motion sensors, the cobot can easily identify obstruction and halt immediately, ensuring safety.
The TM 2 ensures industrial level accuracy for jobs that require safe human-robot collaboration. It comes with a 12 kg payload and a 1300 mm reach. This makes it suitable for flexible automation without needing safety barriers or cages.
The TM5-900 comes with a reach of 946 mm and payload capacity of 4kg. It is well suited for automated assembly and inspection activities. Their collaborative design along with an integrated vision system makes them an ideal choice in industries such as food, automotive and electronics.
TM5-700 is the smallest cobot in this series. It features a payload capacity of 6 kg and a 746 mm reach. It is well suited to handle small parts and can be easily integrated into the production lines. Small to medium sized businesses, electronics and consumer goods- numerous sectors utilize this cobot.
