All these options of CNC drilling are especially designed to be used within the aspect of metal structures, such as telecommunication towers, and other construction-related metal structures.
The Sigma 110 is a Geka versatile CNC drilling solution that masters tapping and milling of diverse materials such as beams, angles, U profiles, and tubes with a size of up to one meter, as well as flat bars with dimensions up to one meter. Equipped with a speed of 60 meters per minute and the drilling capacity of 13 kW in standard mode and up to 15 kW at maximum power, this impressive machine ensures high efficiency and precision in operations.
The Sigma 110 offers an optional rotation system, eliminating the need for a crane to flip profiles. Its robust drilling unit and 5-tool changer ensure reliable and efficient performance. The user-friendly interface provides remote support for added convenience.

Gamma Traction 250 Angle Processing and Punching Machine
The Gamma Traction 250 makes for a versatile punching machine with great angular processing abilities. It can punch through materials up to 16 mm thickness, drill holes with up to 40 mm diameters, and shear profiles of up to 250x250x25 mm. Based on these cutting abilities and its great design, it would be an indispensable tool to many applications.
The Gamma Traction 250 is fitted with 6 punches (3 on each wing), a gauge, and a hydraulic hold down system with a punching force of 730 kN. Besides that, this machine includes a cassette labeler unit, which one can use to carry out appropriate labeling and a programmable automatic unloading system for efficient production management.
This CNC angle processing line features a user-friendly interface integrated with Windows 10, enabling remote control via the internet.
